The Sun and the child -

The child: I feel very old Father and I'm only a child .

The Sun: What you are thinking as old and what you are feeling as old are very different . What you think as old is a construct that facilitated your experience in this vehicle, a construct adopted by mind so you could experience and understand a particular created reality and to master its inner workings . This and similar other constructs had to seem, look and feel real and convincing or you wouldn't have had the correct experience of life. Having lived the correct experience you will then be able to use the knowledge to seed , create and master the mechanics of other structures of other places that are ready to develop and experiment with new life.

It was at least confusing enough not knowing and remembering (who and what you were) but to fully know ( in the sense you understand knowing as in to feel through your senses not through intellect ) would have been impossible to complete. You can't play chess applying the rules of football.

Now what you are feeling as old is just your journey through existence , your eternal nature that can't have any equivalent, when passed through these particular density filters and then translated through your senses other than " old".

If you step out of the concept of linear time into the universal time or more correct into no time , you will see again your true nature. You are neither old nor a child. You are eternal , without age or gender, unaffected in reality by any concepts constructed in any given reality. All you need to do is change planes or dimensions which is the vibration one chooses to exist to experience this.

The child: How do I change dimensions ?

The Sun: To choose between dimensions is as easy as to choose from the ways you can react to a situation . In the beginning, reaction as you know happens automatically, because associations take place within you with the speed of light and you are not aware of who is actually reacting in you . All the potential and available thoughts or responses to a situation are equivalent and they correspond to specific dimensions you choose to vibrate in.

Imagine the different responses like musical notes. There are no good or bad musical notes , just each note creates a certain frequency and when you choose to resonate with it you start existing there for the period you choose. When you become aware you can come out of it and start resonating with another note and experience a variety of notes that together can create a bigger work. When you are not aware, the frequency can take over and let unchecked / unmastered it takes it's own course according to its own vibrational laws . Each thought for instance that you choose to have, comes with a trail of potentialities that start creating immediately so it's very important to be vigilant what thoughts you let in through the door of your heart which "note" you choose to play . You have the capacity to assess, feel and decide which note resonates best with you and also what you want to create in and out.

Each note in itself is like a dimension . A note brings with it the frequency of that particular sound which further creates a certain reality in the shape of a specific atmosphere , mood, pace , and so on, just as a particular response or thought to any situation will set the pace and the frequency of that specific reality that is shaping from that thought or response .

You must master your thoughts by understanding how they instantly affect and create your life. At times this is not easy . It requires a deep sincere desire and work on oneself to understand how one functions on this plane. Those who have worked extensively on their human personality notice how the more awareness and love is shone on the ego the more rarefied and integrated into the ones Light it becomes. The less dense the human personality ( the ego) becomes the less automatic the reactions become as you take control of which vibration you want to offer to you and to the world in any specific moment .

This work is profoundly individual as every being possesses their own specifics of functioning within the Oneness. No one has the key to activate your being of light that you are. Only you. Whatever happens to you in your journey only you can access your divinity regardless how that might seem there.

The child: Can I call Love the unknown ?

The Sun: That you can do, because although it's surrounding you , although you are living in it , you are breathing it and speak about it daily you are not aware of it. You are it but you are not aware of it. Love is the biggest unknown that can be. Very often the Unknown carries for human perception an energy of fear because people don't live in the moment. When you live in the moment you have no concern about the unknown but the unknown unfolds before your eyes and surprises you . Unknown is nothing else but pure existence. If one is not prepared to face his own unknown let alone the existence unknown how can one ever come close to knowing Love?

The child: How do I live more in the now?

The Sun: You have known and worked with the extremes of living in the past, in the future, in the thoughts of past and fabricating thoughts of future, between what has been and what could be . Now, very simply , equipped with all this knowledge you must stabilise yourself and let go of these experiments and focus onto absorbing the energies of now moment.

Work on stabilising yourself and try to catch yourself being unaware as often as you can and bring yourself back where ever you are in the moment . Thus you will free yourself of many unnecessary (now ) experiences or veils .
