When you realize that your life is for you, you will stop running from it, you will stop avoiding it. You will realize that you are on a self discovery program back to your True Self, your Whole Self. So embrace all moments and ask yourself, "What is this moment revealing to me? What aspect of my self is ready to come home and be loved into completion?" You are in the process of recognizing aspects of self that you have deemed in the past to be "unacceptable". You see, all must be dealt with now, and no-thing may be avoided. So if you choose to step over it, pretend it's not there, take the "I can't see you" approach while keeping one hand over your eyes, well then, no worries. Because life will simply recycle the matter for you - that which still needs healing, needs integration, needs self acceptance and love. Life is supporting you and each moment is your teacher. Receive these golden opportunities for healing, for integration and re-union with your True Self now. You are being invited to love yourself Whole, love your Whole Self.
