You are opening the door to Grace.
Now, this must be established.
Allow the waves of the stormy emotions to be present as they arise.
Don't deny a thing.
Allow your feelings to reveal themselves.
Your innermost e-motions that have been trapped.
Allow them.
Do not deny.
And then allow Grace to enter.
You have been playing a role, a character and have been in denial of your True Self.
And then Grace wandered in.
Receive Grace.
