Pinnacle of Achievement: A Harm-Free Day
July 24, 2019
By Steve Beckow
Having taken a vow of harmlessness yesterday, (1) I had my first harm-free day today.
Even if I never reach this pinnacle of achievement again, I’ll remember this day as a great success.
The price I paid for being an old troll lay in having to experience disappointment with myself, dismay, and depression. If I keep this up, I no longer have to pay that price.
Gandhi called harmlessness ahimsa. I intend it to become an abiding interest. It’s a place and decision I arrived at after being a scourge for decades to those who harmed or offended me.
That pattern is now up to awareness. More details of it are increasingly seen in the space created by not harming.
Just to give you a physical example of being freed up: When I lay down, I noticed I could breathe easier. I then saw that the way I was being was causing tension in my solar plexus area and impeded my breath. And it was so constant as to be unnoticeable, going on in what Werner called the “background of obviousness.”
I might never have seen that unless I first let the pattern of harmfulness go. Breathing easier offers space for some of the more refined feelings, which cannot be sensed when the body is tense.
This has been a landmark day. I’ll see how long I can keep it up for.
The next day
Already I had two calls that challenged my resolve to be harmless. I won’t go into the details. In the first I felt I was being approached under false pretenses but gave the person a listening nonetheless.
I emerged from it knowing better what Archangel Michael meant when he said he didn’t want me painting a target on my back for fear I’d be bothered. I think I just went through an episode of being bothered. OK, OK, got that one!
In the second I felt I was being manipulated and held my tongue except to feed back the facts in Perro. For many people, holding their tongue would be an unproductive course of action but for me it was both a novelty and a requirement at the end of the emotional spectrum I occupy. I usually don’t say too little; I say too much.
Overall I was pleased with how it went in these first two challenges.
I mentioned Perro. “Perro” is the Company of Heaven’s term for language that’s factually correct and emotionally neutral. Evidently the way we spoke in our refugee-hearing rooms was Perro. Impartial, fact-based. Stating the status of our knowledge.
When we speak with the language of love, it’s called “Saedor.”
Both these ways of speaking now become important, whereas before they were on the back burner.
People being harmless is the norm in the Fifth Dimension and higher. The languages they use reflect their harmlessness. The star people we’ll be meeting will be harmless. And able to read our thoughts.
I don’t need a lot of persuasion more than the way I feel, which is free of dismay and discouragement, to know that this is the way of the future anyways, never mind its utility – and not the way of the troll.
