 Barbara writes in to share how Matt Kahn looks upon forgiveness.

 Hi Steve:

 I love your work.

 Forgiveness…. Matt Kahn has given me a new meaning for the word.

 “Thank you for giving me the chance to experience XXXX and learn.”

 What I love about his lecture on forgiveness in his emotional freedom course is that WE DON’T HAVE TO DO THE FORGIVING OURSELVES. We just have to allow them to be forgiven.

 So every morning I say: “Creator – I ask for and allow all beings to be forgiven now. Thank you.”

 Let the angels or other Beings of Light do the forgiving. We are asking in their favor as they might not feel worthy enough to ask on their own.

 This makes forgiveness something I can do for all people, no matter their actions. With the dark ones, I am always reminded to bless them with love, since truly…..were they born this way OR WHAT DID THEY UNDERGO THEMSELVES TO SHUT DOWN THEIR OWN HEART?

 Babies are born beautiful, so something horrific must have happened to create them as they are now.
