“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are sensitive to the feelings that you experience, and we are not nearly as sensitive to them as those of you who are really in touch with your emotions. Therefore, we can only imagine what it is you go through when processing feelings of abject fear and despair.
We tell you that your emotions are the path to your joyous journey of ascension, and at the same time, we cannot feel what you’re feeling when you’re in those depths of the lower vibrational emotions. We can support you and surround you with light and love while you go through some extreme processing, but we cannot truly know what you are experiencing. That is your job as beings of light and love who want to help.
You are there to recognize the emotional pain of another because you’ve been there yourself. You know what the other is feeling, and some of you are even so sensitive and empathic that you are feeling it with the person you are there to support.
As the helpers, healers, and lightworkers that you are, you can also call upon us, the archangels, the ascended masters, and anyone else you want to call upon for support, and we will all be there. We love holding space for any being that we see in a place of suffering, and we want you to know that the more compassion you feel for your fellow humans who are in a time of need, the better you are doing, the further along you are on your path.
This journey is about connection. It is about becoming one with all that is, and if any part of all that is experiences suffering, then we all do. You can soothe each other’s pain better than we can from our lofty perch in the ninth dimension. You also have an innate ability to comfort one another, and you are literally there for each other physically. Touch can be extremely effective as a healing modality, and so can presence. We invite you to look for opportunities to be there for each other in the ways that only you can.
