Building a World at Peace

Something Matthew Ward said on April 14, 2019 still rattles around in my head and begs comment:
“The purpose of the ‘Reval,’ currency revaluation, is to institute a global economic system based on precious metals. That was the basis of the dollar before the Illuminati set up a system whereby they could control the world’s supply of gold as well as profit handsomely by currency trading, taking over countries’ national resources, and manipulating stock markets, all of which widened the disparity between the world’s ‘haves’ and ‘have nots.’
“Eventually Earth’s peoples will learn what evolved civilizations have long known: The exchange of goods for services and helping every person on the planet thrive enables the entire populace to live prosperously and harmoniously in a peaceful world.” (1)
The first part I consider non-controversial. The second part – and particularly one section of it – invites comment:
“The exchange of goods for services and helping every person on the planet thrive enables the entire populace to live prosperously and harmoniously in a peaceful world.”
If we want to enable the entire population to live in peace, we actually have to do something. We have to first build a peaceful world and second maintain it. And this is how to do it: Through “the exchange of goods for services and helping every person on the planet thrive.”
How many world wars do we need to show that a peaceful world can be lost to dictators?
We had a world at peace in the late Forties and Fifties when I grew up. I remember it. I could leave my bike on the front lawn unattended, the front door unlocked, etc. Our level of worry was way down compared to today. But we didn’t maintain it and we lost it.
Who cares what changed or who we lost it to? Let’s just get it back again. But when we have it back we have to defend it, (2) maintain it, and preserve it.
In this case, “the exchange of goods for services and helping every person on the planet thrive” are what Matthew recommends to build a world at peace at the level of society. It’s what’ll rebuild trust and connection.
The substitution of exchange for purchasing is what weaves the social fabric, what holds a peaceful world together.
Resolving to help every person on the planet to thrive is a hugely-beneficial step for each of us to take as our contribution to creating that world.
Always we have to factor in that this advice comes from folks who live in an environment saturated in love and bliss. We flail around swimming in what can seem like dense water or even mud and they figuratively float on clouds.
So it’s harder for us to do what they suggest and the results may be slower and more muted.
Nevertheless, if we want to live in a world of peace, we as a world society have to build and maintain it ourselves.
Yes, it begins with each person building and maintaining an internal state of peace. But at some point it catches fire.
Who in the world is looking for such a project? The names of major institutions cross my mind and each seems mired in difficulties or uninterested.
Who then will take the lead in building a world at peace?
Obviously. We lightworkers are and will. As Matthew suggests:
“Beloved lightworkers, you are the vanguard of the strengthening movements that ultimately will manifest that world.” (3)
It may be hard at this moment to envision ourselves making a difference in this area. But ours is to be a progressive story of spiritual unfoldment and what we’re capable of now is not what we’ll be capable of a year down the road.
