Happy Hearts Day! Or as some of us think of it, Happy Chocolate Day!
Since it’s Valentine’s day, I figured a meditation on Chocolate would be timely. For millennia, the Cocoa Bean has been known for its restorative, healing benefits. Did you know:

What brought on my meditation on chocolate is that a few days ago I received an Email from Steve and Suzanne, regarding (possible) changes that are rapidly approaching. Manifest changes that is, since zillions of changes have already taken place and are happening as I write this: Divine Mother’s tsunami of love which, Linda Dillon assures us, is being re-energized continuously; Energy upgrades, DNA and Chakra upgrades, Ascension downloads, Earth changes, incessant cabal shenanigans and the ongoing war between Light and Dark that is being won by Galactic and Earth Alliances, etc. However, all that is happening “offstage” as it were.
Steve’s Email was about (possible) events long anticipated, that the public will see: “Military tribunals, market collapses, arrests of child traffickers,” arrests of illuminati leaders and minions, etc. Steve had some sound advice for those of us who write or edit for GAoG, on how to write about these changes when all heck breaks loose in the outer world.
I replied to Steve and Suzanne, that they continue their excellent magazine as is. The Golden Age of Gaia is, imo, politically balanced and doesn’t take “sides.” It doesn’t preach. GAoG takes pains to offer varying points of view. And all the articles I’ve read pass the fact-check test. So GAoG should simply continue on their path of excellence, especially when the outer world is shaking, rocking and rolling.
Should any of those changes come to pass—and I’m not saying it will come down that way—but if it should, then know that those of us on this path, who have been trudging it for decades, are more than ready. We’re prepared. We have held on, held steady, held the light, been the light, and worked on clearing our inner traumas during the harshest of tests, and we are blazing, baby.
And with continuous inner and outer work, prayers, meditations, visualizations, affirmations, Angel cards, channelings, rain dances, etc., we blaze brighter and brighter every day. That is what every enlightened soul on Earth and in the Stars keeps telling us, and that is what I feel and believe.
So bring on all the Ascension/Dimension changes to be witnessed by all: Gaia, her Kingdoms and Humanity. About bloody time.
Let’s be rid of this horrific 3rd Dimension once and for all, and never ever must any of the agonies that took place here be repeated anywhere in the Universe ever ever again in any Timeline, Dimension or Multiverse. Never! No more tears. No more harm to ANYTHING: Child, Animal, Waters, Earth, Air, Plants, Humanity, Kingdoms, Galaxy, Planets, Stars—anything. No more illness. No more lack, poverty, homelessness, wars, crimes, torture, deception, old age, death, etc. We are so done with this dimension NOT of our making. And so it is.
I personally pray for the RV, GCR, GESARA and Nova Gaia, daily, hourly, and sometimes, moment to momently. But I don’t need to wait to see changes, I see them all around me.
I live in S. California and my town suffered horrendous Wildfires and Mudslides that wiped many of us out. We haven’t been the same since those terrible events in December ’17 and January ’18. Even now, more than a year later, after much road and bridge work, when there is a Rainstorm forecast, thousands have to evacuate from their homes because of the damage those calamities brought.
Nevertheless, our gorgeous mountains, that were scorched and charred black, are becoming green again with the rain. The many beautiful trees that were ripped out of the ground, left behind roots that are starting to sprout. Lakes and streams that were dry from years of drought, are beginning to swell. And even though we’ve experienced an unusual cold spell for some months, the Earth is starting to bloom all around us.
So bring on the awful end-game, if indeed that is how the shift to 5D Gaia takes place, and may it not drag on for too long, so we can get on with the happy business of Light.
Which brings me to Chocolate.
When it all hits the fan, what can we do? Archangel Michael invariably suggests BREATHE and do nothing. Acclimatize. Which is excellent advice. No use running around like Chicken Little.
Those of us on this path are in a better position than most because we’ve known about these changes for years so we can remain calm and centered, and if asked, helpful.
Ready as you may be, however, you may need to reach for a restorative, and I believe in Chocolate. It helped me through a horrendous childhood, and it helps me to this day. In moderation, of course!
Suzanne sent me an Email, reminding me that J.K. Rowling knew about the healing power of Chocolate. “Oh yeah,” Suzanne wrote, “There’s a reason that eating chocolate is the antidote for a run-in with a dementor.”
Right on!! If we must still deal with the cabal, various versions of dementors, arrests, crashes, or whatever, some high-quality chocolate is my suggestion. It will instantly lift your Spirits. Whatever tickles your fancy; Hot cocoa, a truffle, a piece of chocolate cake, or a few pieces of a superb Swiss chocolate bar. Any form you like.
So Happy Chocolate Valentine’s Day! May you be showered with love, flowers, blessings, xoxox’s, and some yummy chocolate!
