The beginning of this year 2019 has intense energy for release, and many of you may be experiencing an intense surge of purging energy or suffering in some way whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It will continue for many of you throughout the year. This year is the integration of higher vibrational energy as we make our way further up the ascension escalator into 5D. Along with the surge of higher vibrational energy comes a surge of ascension symptoms and intense purging, with some experiencing dark night of the soul.
