What in the World is Going On? – Part 2

Most of what I said in my last version of this article concerned the empirical or material domain – accountability, abundance, things out there. (1)

Then there is an entirely different domain in which changes are happening, the so-called inner game – of Ascension.

What’s happening there, I predict, is a movement as a planetary population from anything we can conceive of as love to what I call higher-dimensional love or transformational love.

I call it “higher-dimensional” because it exists in a higher realm of consciousness than we ordinarily inhabit; it’s of a distinctly- higher level of vibration.

“Transformational” because it transforms the circumstances, rather than being overpowered by them.

Let me call our everyday love – no matter how good it gets – as “ordinary love.” Our ordinary love compared to higher-dimensional love is like Tang or Koolaid compared to freshly-squeezed Florida orange juice. There’s no comparison.

We can feel ordinary love one minute and anger the next and the anger will supplant the love. But in the case of higher-dimensional love, anger, hatred, jealousy, etc., cannot get near it. It transforms them rather than being altered by them.

How is this movement going to happen? I only know the initial step. Whether that step is enough to have us ascend as a planet, I don’t know. I don’t think so because the Mother has described Ascension as being some distance away. (2) But it gains us temporary entry into the space of higher-dimensional love.

That event is a fourth-chakra heart opening. No, I don’t mean “open-heartedness,” which is an attitude.

I mean the opening of the hridayam, the heart aperture which is usually closed, which happens when the kundalini reaches the fourth chakra.

Swept away by an inner tsunami of love and left in an Ocean of Love to blissfully drown, we exist for as long as our hearts remain open, in an experience of higher-dimensional consciousness.

What is Ascension? It’s beyond the seven-chakra system. It’s a full and permanent heart opening. The same experience of drowning in love that we had at the fourth chakra has now become our established and eternal experience. Ramana Maharshi called this level of enlightenment Sahaja Nirvikalpa Samadhi. This is Ascension.

I rather think the fourth-chakra heart opening is designed to wake us up and get us moving on the road to … everything good. Now we know what we’re after.

We’re after the permanent and complete experience of higher-dimensional love. Achieving that goal will provide for ourselves in every way possible. For me, that goal is what is meant by “Ascension.”

Divine Mother: It occurs with a more gradual awakening and lifting up [than simple entry into the Fifth]. So there is the abrupt “I am not the same,” then there is the working and the anchoring, the integration, then there is another jump, and another jump, and another jump. And you don’t know it — well, some of you do — but you are leap-frogging. And then you will be there.

SB: Now, are those jumps equivalent to sub-planes?
