Musings

September 23, 2018

Imagine that you live on a world in which every other being was affected by every thought and every feeling that you had. Imagine that your happiness, your joy, your laughter, your singing, made everyone and everything on that world feel better. But also, every tear, all of your grief, all of your anger and frustration brought everyone and everything lower.

Imagine that you, in that world, had control over your thoughts and your feelings. You had the means available to you to bring your thoughts and feelings up at any time. Of course, so would everyone else on that world. Imagine that you were learning how to do this, but many others were not. In fact, many others were so busy ‘surviving’ that they never gave it a thought.

Suppose that everyone else on that world believed that their fate was to die at a certain age and perhaps return to do the same things again and again. Suppose that you knew beyond a doubt that all of that was unnecessary.

Now imagine that you had some understanding of these things, but you had been brought up in a society that did not value them. In fact, people who did place some importance on them were looked down upon. People who believed things like these were considered to be foolish, out of touch with reality.

Of course, none of this is real. It’s just imaginings. Right? It’s just that it seems an awful lot like someplace I’m familiar with.

Further Musings

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Things are so much clearer once we get on the other side of them, right? We can see patterns. We can see the trajectory of our life, perhaps. And sometimes we can actually come to know certain things.

One of the things that I have come to understand is this. It is very nice to find out that others have learned what you have learned. But every time that you need those confirmations, you are actually doubting what you know. You give away the power of your knowing. In fact, you do not know. You suspect, perhaps. “Does anyone else think this way? Because, if not, perhaps I am wrong.” It’s one thing to think this way about day to day issues. It is quite another to allow it to color what you know about life, about yourself.

We have a team of guides, teachers, light-beings, etc. that can bring to us what we need to evolve, to expand our consciousness, to live and become our best selves. Our guides want this just as much as we do, perhaps even more sometimes. They are eager to help. They also are bound to respect our will. So, if we want help, we need to ask for it. And when we ask for it, we should expect to be answered. It probably will not arrive at the front door wrapped in pretty paper and a bow. It probably will not be announced. And it may take a while. We may need to learn something first. We may need, for instance, to learn how to make use of it. But we should never doubt that it is on the way. And we should also be very clear on what we want and why we want it. The why part is super important. ‘Because I need one bigger than theirs’ will probably be an invitation to learn a lesson that we will not enjoy very much. ‘Because I believe that I will enjoy it very much’ is actually a much better reason. And ‘because it will make the world better for others’ may be the best. But it is most important to know that we need to impeccably truthful. We can’t fool Self. We can’t fool God. They know us better than we do.

Some people have what we term NDEs, near death experiences. Some people have memories of ‘past lives’. Some people visit other lives, other dimensions, other times and have done so long enough to accept it as normal. In other words, there is more. I know so many of these people, I have read of so many others, and I have experienced a bit myself, so that I have exactly zero doubt that there is more. What’s more, I seem to have answered for myself the great question, “why am I here?” or “why are we here?” For me, the answer is “so that we can learn who we really are”. And when I think I know, it is just all the more evident that I do not.

There are two published books available on Amazon that contain the collected messages received by Ron Head (that’s me). The first is The Wisdom of Michael, available HERE, and the second is It Rings True, available HERE
