“Jared Rand’s Global Guided Meditation Call”

After the welcome, Jarad Rand says: “Today, thinking about our continual rise in frequency, on the planet and thinking about the two areas of positive energy… Is abundance and joy.

Usually when we’re in abundance, which means from all areas. Abundance of good health, abundance of happiness, abundance of wealth. All of those things. Abundance of friends and just good days in life. With abundance, comes joy. And we would all like to be in joy all the time. Just experiencing it. We all, at one time or another, have experienced joy. And we’ve experienced abundance. All these things should be constant.

Where we have challenges obviously, and most of the challenges are with ourselves. Where all of the magic… about everything… is within us. So, a lot of times, we forget that. We just don't have the faith that, that can be. Where we can actually draw out many energies, to increase our level of joy and abundance.

And by creating a higher and higher frequency? It becomes more constant. In our habit of bringing it out, is basically the key ingredient. Is for all of us to bring it out. And to do everything we can, to stay at a Higher Frequency. And it's all about habit. When we get ourselves in a certain habit with anything, basically. It's almost subconscious. We feed our subconscious mind for repetitiveness. So, like with abundance and joy? The more we go into it, we like the feelings of it. And so the more we like the feelings, we’d like it to be constant, around.

Imagine the whole human race, living in abundance and joy. There would be none of the things, that go on and on the planet today. None of those things would be happening. And abundance and joy is so uplifting. Cause we've all experienced those. And a lot of times, people say, ‘Boy, I’d like to have that feeling back.’ And you can get back. There is no outside magic that gets it back. You’re the one that gets back. And anything that you believe, that you literally believe, from your Heart Center. You will create. As long you believe it? Let it go and then Universe and Prime Source Creator God does everything.

If you believe something, deeply, that something in most cases will occur. It will materialize. A lot of people will look at things and say ‘Well you know, that's wishful thinking.’ or ‘That's not gonna happen.’ ‘You’re crazy.’ ‘That doesn't exist.’ If you believe you will create it. And that's part of our energy here, in our meditation, is to create. And today, creating abundance and joy. Not just for us but the whole existence of humanity. And when you think about it? That's the way to be. That's the direction that we’re moving and heading towards.

The more people who can get into habit, then their emotions from our Heart Center. From our God Spark, within our bodies. So making that connection is so important and it isn’t complicated. It's going in and actually knowing the closeness of your Higher Self, your Godself. Feeling it and combining. A lot of humanity is separated from their Higher Self, from their Godself. They still are taught that ‘It's outside.’ ‘That all of these things are outside.’ ‘That you have to seek outside yourself, to find.’ And all the answers are within each and every one of us.

So in today's meditation, with abundance and joy. The purpose is to feel it, in our existence. Because that's what we are gifted, across the board. We should be in abundance and joy, all the time. And the reason people say ‘Well, why aren’t we?’ It is because is all the distractions. And we allow these distractions and they pull us away. And then, the thoughts come in, to the mind. And there's so much chatter and thoughts going on. And then we have all of the other things, that play a role. That try to pull us away. And the thing is, is to stay focused. Today, I’m going to have an abundant day and a joyful day. And that vibration and energy, as you are telling yourself. No matter what, no matter what appears? No matter what comes your way? You are going to have an abundant and joyful day and eventually... Everyday!

It takes practice, obviously. People aren’t going to do it immediately, overnight. But it's simple and it's not complicated. It's just reiterating the fact in your mind and your heart, over and over again. And then getting into habit. Just remember the word habit. I've got be in habit. I've got to get the habit of these things. These are good things, they’re powerful. They’re positive, they’re uplifting, they’re joyous, they’re empowering. And every human being deserves it. Deserves abundance and joy, which then leads into everything else. Abundance and joy leads into happiness and bliss, prosperity. All of those things start opening up different feelings of freedom and zero anxiety and anticipation…”
