You are moving to a new state of consciousness of awareness.
Awareness of the total Self.
In order to attain this self realization you must release the "conflict."
The sense of "war."
As long as you are still "in war" with your various parts you will never understand your wholeness.
Allow all to be as it is.
Breathe.
And just in the way an airplane ascends to a new flying altitude imagine yourself doing the same.
In the world but not of the world.
From this new state will come new awarenesses new alignments of Truth.
Remember to stay motivated.
A plane must stay motivated to maintain proper flying altitude.
