(Golden Age of Gaia)

I don’t really have a bucket list.
If I did, I am sure it wouldn’t look like anybody else’s.
It may include things people have on their list but probably for very different reasons.
Going to Egypt is one of those things.
I have heard that it is on many bucket lists.
This is fine for others but for me it has a different feeling.
Going to Egypt isn’t a thing to do so you can check it off a list.
To me going to Egypt serves some higher purpose.
Why would you ever take that off your list?
This is something I have felt long before I was ever asked, ‘Do you want to go to Egypt?’
It took me less than 5 seconds to consider the question. I knew in my heart and accepted this journey from a knowing in my soul.
Yes, I replied. Yes I will go.
My approach to this trip is to go without any expectations.
But there is one thing I cannot help but speculate about. Egypt lies on a powerful ley line grid.
Simply by being there I can do some powerful energy work connecting to Gaia.
There must be a reason that this area on the planet has had so much history.
It continues to be a place of such depth and magic.
There are always many layers to things. So even though my reason for going to Egypt begins as a spiritual one, I can’t discount the many other motivations . These reasons are numerous and probably why it makes so many bucket lists. The more I look at the tour package options the more excited and blown away I get.
Upon arriving in Cairo we will be staying at a historic luxury hotel.
Stop the bus already.
This alone is the destination for most vacations.
Since this is the way the journey begins I would say this is getting off on the right foot.
On First day out we will visit the Sphinx. I am awestruck with this one in itself.
I won’t embellish until I actually have experienced this.
My report afterwards may not do it justice but I will try.
From Cairo we will venture out and visit Ancient World history from the Tombs, Pyramids and Temples. Mixed in will be modern versions of ancient knowledge like traditional Egyptian essential oils, master weavers at a rug factory, and the cultural heritages of Egypt at the Grand Egyptian Museum. The Grand Egyptian Museum has had to navigate many difficulties but is now finally open . The largest collection of King Tut’s treasures are located here. This is very exciting.
It keeps going. After a tour of the Valley of the Kings and a visit to the Temple of Luxor we will embark upon 6 nights aboard a private Dahabiya.
This is a cabin boat that we will live on while sailing up the Nile. What a grand way to visit the upper Nile valley as we venture into a land filled with Temples.
I fell in love with everything about this idea. I love water. And the idea of living on the water while exploring temples in the desert is about as romantic as any journey could get. It’s not about relationships with people although that will definitely be part of it. It is the relationship with the land, the river as a timeless experience.
The Nile. What more needs to be said.
This journey will be profound in its exploration of its historical significance, and this is only one layer.
At many points along the way we will be expertly guided and given the opportunity to activate our very own connection to energies that lie within.
Perhaps the connection that I feel to Egypt may be similar to what others feel. But, without a doubt we all have our own unique connection.
I do not actually know what mine will be. This is the very reason I said yes to this journey.
I need to go find out. There is no other way.
As I have said there are many reasons to go on this trip. If there is something about this that speaks to you, we would love to have you along. There is still room to join this group. I will put contact information below.
For myself, I can’t wait to find out exactly what Egypt has to offer.
