Drop Your Judgments
And so, Beloved Ones, trust your intuition. Drop your judgments of self. Drop your judgments of what you see happening in the world around you. Why do we say this when there is such separation occurring in your world? Because, Beloveds, when you judge it, you are bringing in a lower frequency. Judgment is a low frequency. With your judgment, you are supporting the very separation that you no longer wish to live. You have all been programmed to judge. So, do not judge yourself for being judgmental. That just compounds the situation. Recognize when the judgments arise. And then when you recognize it, neutralize it with a beautiful thought. Recognize that judgment is part of the separation and recognize that slowly, slowly you can drop your judgments. You can start vibrating with an energy of compassion for those whom you would normally judge.
