Bring More Consciousness
Understand that while you are here wanting to vibrate at a high frequency, you chip away at your energy with all these little untruths, all these little actions that you do, not because they are coming from your heart, but because you think you should do this. Or you think it will gain something. And very often the impetus behind it, the energy behind it is coming from an unconscious pattern. It is not even coming from your conscious awareness in the moment. Most of your days, you are running in unconsciousness. You're not consciously aware of what you are doing. Your mind is elsewhere while your body is functioning, while you are doing things. A simple example: while you are eating your food you are having an intense conversation with someone. Perhaps the eating is happening and at the end of the meal, Oh, you hardly tasted it. So, bring more consciousness. Bring more of your truth. By speaking your truth, you are raising your vibration. By avoiding your truth, you are lowering it.
