Being Open Is Effortless
Being open is effortless. You cannot work hard at being open because that actually shuts you down. It is about being totally relaxed, and as we have said many times, when you relax, you become more aware of your energy and the energy around you. And so simply be relaxed and then you start to receive that which is appropriate to you. For remember, we work with you individually; as we work with you, we support you in what is most appropriate for you in the moment. And as we bring the energies to you and as you receive them, the rewiring, if you like, the realignment in all aspects of your body can occur.
