Trusting Yourself Happens from Your Heart
It's important to feel your heart center...Alcazar mentioned in the London workshop that your brain is in duality. Your heart is not. The intelligence of your heart is one. The brain in your heart, the neurological cells in your heart are oneness. The physical brain has duality; male side, female side, and all that happens with duality. So, trusting yourself has to happen from your heart. Why? Because if you're trying to do it with your head; "I trust myself." And then, of course; "No, I don't." The brain is in duality. So trust has to come from the heart. And the gut. The gut feelings. Science is very aware of the neurological systems in the gut now and in the heart. So, it's time to trust yourself. And that's why Alcazar is always stressing the heart. And that's why he reminds us [to say,] "I love you. I love you." Love yourself enough to move from the head to the heart with all the important decisions that you need to make.
