I’m going to go out on a limb to speculate about flow, which I hold is one of the paradigms of the higher dimensions.
The Mother tells us that she is all flow, all movement:
Steve: How are you known, Mother?
Divine Mother: I am known as all. I am known as love. I am known … as dynamic action, as movement, as constant change, as fulfillment. Sometimes you tend to think of me as the Holy Spirit, but there is more to me than that, and there is a shade of the Father within there as well. But I am known by the movement within you and the movement within your Earth, within all things, within all universes.
I am a birther and a giver. I am the unchanging movement, and the constantly changing movement. I am the rhythm. I am the flow. I am Mother. (1)
Flow implies three things: (A) A state of arising; (B) A state of persistence; and (C) A state of passing away. I consider this the Mother’s pattern: creation, preservation, and transformation.
Our breath flows. (A) We breath in; (B) We hold our breath at the top for a microsecond; and (C) We breath out. We do this in more or less a connected fashion and flow in doing so. In other words, we’re reminded of the Mother’s pattern of flow every time we breathe.
So flow is not foreign to us and, if we ever want to see it in operation, we need only feel and observe our breath. How easily and seamlessly one breath leaves and the other is begun. And how it goes on forever without any need to supervise or adjust. It teaches us a lesson with each complete breath.
People, like myself, who were … errrr, are … logical and linear may experience some difficulty “getting” flow. They may find it helpful to extend that flowing quality out from just the breath to their whole being. However I suspect that doing so will eventually lead us to peace.

Most of us have been conditioned since our earliest years to live from the intellectual level, which proceeds by dualities or polarities. We concern ourselves with right/wrong, good/bad, like/dislike, beautiful/ugly, etc.
And the reward we get from it is the satisfaction of being right, the fellowship of people with the same likes and dislikes, etc. But not much else.
Certainly we don’t get the divine states. Our linear ways of handling our everyday reality close down the space we need to experience transformative love. (2)
At the same time, if we have access to it, it becomes not only easy to flow but second nature to us. Now why would that be?
Well, first of all, because of the wonderful nature of that love. It uplifts, completes, and satisfies. It becomes easy to flow when one is breathing it up and sending it out, experiencing the love as it passes through us.
Secondly, because of the lesson it’s teaching us. Love needs to flow and it benefits us by allowing us to experience it as it flows through us. We are sweetly pushed in the direction of sharing, if even simply to the world at large.
I have no idea what it would mean to leave this apartment, go outside, and remain in the paradigm of flowing. But I’d like to find out.
My life is a workshop and I enjoy running experiments. This experiment will be to observe the principles of flowing in my external life.
I’m going to remain aware of drawing love up and sending it out to the world as I go about my daily affairs. As long as I’m doing this, I know I’m in probably in the only flow that matters – the flow of love.

(2) After the heart opening, Archangel Michael said one of the reasons it happened was because there was the space for it:
Archangel Michael: This [heart opening] occurs, not merely because you have asked for it, but because you (and this does apply to the collective) have done your, can we say, your homework, your due diligence. What we mean by this is simply, think of it in spatial reality, time and space reality: you have created the space for this [energy of love] to, not only pass by you like a passing breeze or a rain, but to anchor within you because there is a sense of this spaciousness within thee. …
When one is clinging to core issues, to fear, to lack, to limitation – you know the list – there is not that sense, not only of spaciousness, but of acceptance, allowance, readiness and even permission. Because as you know, we continually say that we will never override your free will.
So, if the will, either actively or subconsciously, is actually choosing to still engage in the issues or the drama, then although we are standing at readiness and still penetrating you, that open door is not there.
