Say It Out Loud
Share with each other what you experienced. It's really important for you to share, to talk about it. Because when you talk about it, your subconscious hears you saying, this is what happened and it reinforces it. Even if you sit alone in your room and talk out what you experienced, your subconscious hears it. It's so important. When something happens and it's beautiful, tell yourself, tell someone else. If there's no one else that will understand, tell yourself out loud. This is what I experienced. It's wonderful. Thank you, bring me more of this.
