Some years ago when I was going through a period of processing, my guides told me to find the Joy of each moment. It was a really beautiful and yes, Joyful experience! It showed me that Joy is present even when we think it isn’t.
Lately I have been noticing various states of Joy. For example there is the state of Joy that comes with laughter, being creative, my music, teaching my students, being with family, with Mother Earth. And so many more…
But no matter the state of Joy I am experiencing, there is always a quiet Joy that shines within. It is there even when there may be obstacles in daily living. It is a Joy that is of connection. Connection to the sacredness of ALL.
The second snippet message I received a few months ago from The Elders, a group energy from Arcturus, is “Joy permeates every part of your sacred being. It brings each particle, your very essence to new heights. Think of a baby’s laugh and you will remember.” The Elders
As I have shared previously, so many people tell me they find Joy to be elusive. In this month’s Meditation Healing Circle the “Angel of Joy” will be helping us tap into that Joy that is always present, even when we are facing obstacles.
