Focus on Joy
Focus on what brings you joy. Each one of you surround yourself with things that bring you joy, friends that bring you joy. For those people and situations that continuously bring you down, no need to be with them anymore. Why torture yourself being in situations or with people that continuously bring your energy down? Why? For what? It is time to claim that which you need for yourself. And what you need is much joy and celebration in your life. Claim it. Move towards it. Move away from those things that bring you down.
