Have You taken a Holy Sleep lately?
You are Divine you make your own sacred space.
Just for tonight. When you enter your sleep time feel and create it as a Sacred, Holy journey.
Prepare yourself with a shower/bath, anoint yourself with soft scent, or your room with aroma oil, put on your favorite bed attire.
Climb into bed as if you are sliding into your personal golden healing cacoon/capsule. Enter it with reverence and love for you in your body.
Give gratitude for your day.
Salute the Host of Heaven entourage that surrounds you in your bed and thank them for this journey you are about to make.
Ask for your highest good, settle and surrender into your Holy sleep.
You are Divine and loved beyond your imagination.
Breathe, Be Still and know that You are One in and One with the Source of All That Is.

PS And just before you fall asleep see yourself traveling across a bridge, up white marble steps and into a huge golden pillared temple…….The Temple of Healing.
In the middle is a brilliant multi coloured illumined liquid crystal bed.
You get up on to it and as you lie down you sink into it like buoyant water/LIGHT.
Be Still and Know that you are Loved and will be healed and restored.
And So It Is.
