Your Being Knows your longings and you have already created the fulfillment of them. It ‘sits’ in your “future”, in the Field of Infinite Possibility in the ever expansive creative field ‘above, within, around’ you.
You are Creator Beings and can bring that reality into your body to become your experience.
Open wider up and out to these Possibilities. Its seeds reside in your Heart as these deep longings.
Now the breath is, to breathe it in through the gut and lower spine. The three lower chakras must be totally healed.
You can do it through processing trauma…. the slow way.

You can do it quicker through the creation of your version of the New Earth Dream. Bringing it from the great Expansiveness of the Cosmos (above your head). Bringing it down into your solar plexus (Solar disc) in the form of the pure Light and Love of the Divine Being You ARE.
And as it flows in, you experience the pain, and aches and, turmoil etc. as physical symptoms in your digestive system, womb, and lower organs and the lower portions of your spine, hips, legs and feet.
As you bring in your divine Breath and your New Earth Dream and fill your consciousness with its reality in your thoughts and feelings, IT begins to replace the traumas as they come up and begin to leave. They clear themselves. This is a QUICKER WAY. The New replaces the ‘old’ step by step.
So you have a (NEW) Choice Precious Souls.
But you do it with an allowing rather that a mind intention. A breathing and Receiving rather than a holding force.
All the pain of HUmanity and of You and I comes from the original “Fall”.
You came from the stars and you have vast knowledge and experience behind/within you as Soul Being. To come to Earth you agreed to experience yourself as an individualised expression. You separated an aspect of yourself from the Knowing that you are totally One in and with SOURCE.
It is in this ‘Separation’ that all human suffering originates in all its countless forms.The traumas in your experiencing of yourself all originate from separation consciousness.
So why not try the Creator Way. Bring into your lower energy system your visions your gifts of Creation. Let those parts of you experience what you are Creating for all of You.
