Don’t get stuck in the struggle. It is a common human reaction to worry that your challenges may never end, but if you have been through a particularly difficult time and understand the rhythm of life, it stands to reason that a period of ease is sure to follow.
Challenges get your attention and offer opportunities for growth that you might not have otherwise. Ease and flow are your natural states of being.
Your times of struggle and contraction are never meant to be constant. They create a build-up of energy that breaks through as growth and expansion, which, in turn, allows you to up-level energetically. Childbirth is an excellent example of this. The labour itself is just a small part of the creation of new life. The majority of the pregnancy is an unfoldment that is leading you to the next phase of your life.
If you stay in the flow, the challenges will end, and you will then have an chance to explore the new opportunities that have opened up as the fruits of your labour. You are all beings of flow, and that flow is designed to support both your balance and your evolution. It will always reset back into its natural state; forward movement and ease.
