It’s happening again
Maybe its always happening
perhaps it happens but I am just not aware of it
This time I am fully cognizant
It is a flood of Love
It is a spring of compassion
it flows like an endless river of emotion that makes my skin itch from the inside
I cannot contain it
I don’t think It was intended to be contained
What else can I do but
Surrender and allow
Its 3 in the morning and I woke to a buzzing
It vibrated in my upper body and worked up my neck to the base of my head
Gentle and steady I was not alarmed
I have been experiencing this for many years now
Different areas of the body have gotten this healing or upgrade
I don’t know if this is related to my flood of love during waking hours
all things are connected but in this one I do not think
I surrender and allow
It is not for me to know right now
What else can I do?
So I Surrender and Allow
I allow the love to saturate my being
sitting alone early in the morning the flood breeches my eyes
The tears flow in joy
The feeling is so full, so complete
I feel the love for all humanity in this timeless moment
I cry, for the love is so powerful that it makes me sad
In that sorrow I heal and I am back to joy
It all happens outside of time
in an continuous instant
What else is there?
