I find change a difficult business.

Maybe that’s because there seem to be so many levels to it.

The most superficial is agreeing to change while having no intention of doing so.

We move from there to higher and higher levels of commitment. We’re committed to “taking a look.” Then we’re committed to changing.

But commitment is commitment. It isn’t change.

There is an actual moment in which we change our vote from a no to a yes, or vice versa, and make it stick. That can come about because of a sudden event that makes change crucial like an accident or a loss. Or it can come about because of an alteration in circumstances like a new job or military commission.

For it to be lasting, change has to come from a very deep place. To say “a very deep place,” in my books, is to say “from one of the divine qualities.”

The divine qualities exist on a higher plane than our everyday consciousness. We have to reach for them or make an effort to clear a space amenable to them.

We do that by the process you follow for clearing your vasanas or core issues, the overburden that slows everything down and sinks many good efforts. (1)

Most sadhaks or spiritual seekers know that there’s a purifying stage to all spiritual practice and this clearing of vasanas is that stage.

The clearer we are, the easier it is to find that deep place from which the changes we make stick.

By now we’ve seen how the Mother and our archangel oversee our realization process. Well, when we do the work to clear the space, they’re aware of it and cooperate with us to take us to the next step or give us an experience or help with a realization.

Michael once told me that I had the heart opening on March 13, 2015 in part because I cleared the space for love to show up. I’ll post below the discussion I had with him on the subject. (2) You’ll see his role in it.

Let me now turn to the actual results of our clearing.

Clearing away our vasanas and experiencing love and bliss seems to be getting easier as the vibrations rise. I sit back in my chair and invite bliss to rise on the inbreath, from my heart, and it flows up and fills me in a way I could only imagine even a year ago.

I hope we don’t fail to see (A) the progress we’re making on our gradual path to Ascension, (B) how much easier it is to access love and bliss, and (C) how the journey gets better and better as we go along.

We don’t have to wait till journey’s end to enjoy the reward. We get increasing amounts of it as we go.

I predict we’ll enjoy the journey more and more as it unfolds. Our experience until now might suggest that to us.

Archangel Michael: This occurs, not merely because you have asked for it, but because you (and this does apply to the collective) have done your, can we say, your homework, your due diligence. What we mean by this is simply, think of it in spatial reality, time and space reality: you have created the space for this [energy of love] to, not only pass by you like a passing breeze or a rain, but to anchor within you because there is a sense of this spaciousness within thee. …

When one is clinging to core issues, to fear, to lack, to limitation – you know the list – there is not that sense, not only of spaciousness, but of acceptance, allowance, readiness and even permission. Because as you know, we continually say that we will never override your free will.

So, if the will, either actively or subconsciously, is actually choosing to still engage in the issues or the drama, then although we are standing at readiness and still penetrating you, that open door is not there.


S: So, the open door was there with me?

AAM: That is correct.

S: Did the exercise of bringing love up from my heart and sending it out through my third eye to the world play a role in this?

AAM: Yes, it did.

S: Could you talk about that for a bit, please?

AAM: One of the strongest or ultimate expressions of love, of willingness to not only participate in love but to be the love, is in the sharing.

To say that you are love, or are loved, or you love this, that, someone… but [then] you keep it within you, you hoard it – and we do not necessarily mean that in a negative way – sometimes the feeling is so blissful you do not wish to actually take the next step quite yet, in terms of sharing.

[Nevertheless] the ultimate experience is in this sharing. This is what we speak of when we speak of sacred union and partnership. How can you possibly be in any form of partnership with humanity, with the Star-beings, with us, with any being, if you are not sharing.

So what you do when you bring the love up and out, when you begin to send, to share – it is as if you have in fact activated what we call the wellspring. The visual you may think of is the volcano.

It is not that you empty out. It is that you discover that that wellspring is SO full and overflowing that it is a steady stream.
