Uhhh, whaddo I do now?

I think everyone has areas they’re fluid in and areas they’re not.
I certainly haven’t worked up any appreciable social skills that I’m aware of. I certainly do feel awkward at, say, a party.
Some of us are deeply mired in vasanas. Some are shining examples of commitment to things that work – love, the divine qualities, the Mother’s service, etc.
Given that many of us will be CEOs and fund managers after the Reval – ready or not – what are we to do to avoid difficult situations that arise because we may not have mastered some areas of our lives?
I’m reminded here of the Hitler effect, which I discussed earlier. (1) I watched a biography of Hitler the other day by French historians. One comment in particular struck me. Guillaume Pretty said:
“I’d say that Hitler was a man trying to gamble and that, at the start, the fact that he neglects the whole dimension of strategic tactics, the type of ground logistical problems, all of these oversights don’t catch up with Hitler the war lord.
“And then, one day, all of these conditions for war, which should allow a war leader to grow, catch up with him, and from then on, all his bets systematically fail.” (2)
Years ago we might have called this Hitler’s “tragic flaw” or “blind spot.”
He was confident that all the German army needed to do was to kick in the door and the whole rotten structure would come tumbling down. This bias was not based on intelligence but on Hitler’s racial disdain for Slavs.
One serious consequence was that German troops were not prepared for a Russian winter. They believed that Russia would fall well before then.
They proved successful in summer but were rolled back in winter. In the end, the enemy they disdained rolled them up entirely.
I see that gambler trait in myself. I’m going to gamble that social skills are not needed. I’m on top of the heap and I’m relying on people going along with me, I hear myself thinking.
It’s my unseen biases, predilections, and assumptions that trip me up. For a time we’ll have agreement and then the big bet will come that will fail. And the house of cards tumbles down. How many times have we seen this in the corporate world? Religions? Entertainment? Everything’s fine as long as things are good.
I think it’s going to become essential for us lightworkers – whereas it may not be for other people – to call ourselves on our own numbers. Especially if we are CEOs, because very few people will be inclined to call us. They’ll be worried about their advancement or their jobs.
By playing leadership roles and managing wealth, we open ourselves to viruses such as arrogance, entitlement, and control. And they’re both hard to see and harder to acknowledge. Until a crisis hits. And then it’s too late. The undelivered letters all are immediately delivered.
Somehow we have to listen very closely to what we say to ourselves, watch our gestures and expressions, and in other ways watch for when our words or behavior fall below “decent.”
If the Company of Heaven doesn’t sideline us first, because there are circumstances in which they’d do that, (3) we risk our creations not proving enduring. Evidently only creations built with love, in our new state of consciousness, will last.
I don’t think the whole process of growth depends solely on our own efforts. I think the Company of Heaven gives us upgrades, bumps, or snaps to help us gain the confidence and skill to master the kinds of large tasks that very well could be asked of us after the Reval.

(3) They’ve warned us that they’ll intervene if we run off the rails.
Archangel Michael: Let us be very clear. This plan has been in unfoldment for far too long for money to simply be washed down the drain by decisions that are not beneficial either for yourself or for others and for those who will benefit from the abundance programs, plural. …
Steve: When you say – “not that we would allow you to go wrong” – what would I see that would tell me – oh, Archangel Michael is giving me a message here?
AAM: You would feel as if I had my hand on your shoulder and everything inside of you would be screaming “No, don’t do it.” (Archangel Michael in a personal reading with Steve Beckow through Linda Dillon, Aug. 6, 2013.) (Hereafter AAM.)
Archangel Michael: As we have said in the past, we do not make funds available to create dictators or for buying weapons of mass destruction or war.
Steve: Or châteaux in the south of France.
AAM: That is correct. That would be an abomination of the Mother’s Plan. (AAM, April 19, 2017.)
AAM: The primary issue for us really is what we do not want people to do with money, with currency, currency now, currency later, spiritual currency, we do not want them to create the same illusions and power structures of the old Third. That is the biggest issue. (AAM, Aug. 22, 2014.)
Steve Beckow: Now I have been saying to readers that the Company of Heaven is watching financial wayshowers and stewards…
Archangel Michael: That is correct.
Steve:… And that those who do well – in other words, do the job of hydrating society – will find themselves supported to go forward.
AAM: That is correct. (AAM, July 1, 2016.)
