The Temporal and the Timeless | Steve Beckow

I wrote elsewhere that I consider much of what is channeled (not all) to be timeless.

Therefore you’d expect me to be drawing on sources from all eras and periods – and of course I do.

In worldly studies, rather than spiritual, the latest point of view is often what’s valued. But the criterion is irrelevant in the spiritual field.

The Divine Mother describing how she creates is timeless. (1) Archangel Michael describing what the angelic kingdom is really like is timeless. (2)

Channeled literature, until we have direct contact, is a valid and credible way, if the channel is sound, to learn about the timeless from the highest levels of Reality – in this case, the Mother/Father One and her archangel. This is literally and figuratively going to Source.

At some point we’ll have direct contact. Certainly outside our bodies and away from this assignment, I’m fairly certain that most of us already do have that direct contact.

It’s just that, when we don these mucky overalls, put on our helmets, and get down and dirty in 3D, we lose it.

Channeled literature can be both timeless and timely.

The timeless sets out the business of life. We’re here for a purpose and that purpose is to realize ourselves.

What we realize is that we are God. When we do, God meets God. To meet itself is God’s motive in designing tings this way.

After all, when you’re all there is, how do you “meet” yourself or know yourself? You’re deprived of that pleasure.

So, you create a model universe with model people, all made from the same “flesh and blood” (love) that you are and you set your children the goal of knowing who they really are.

On the one hand, the timeless also tells us how to achieve that purpose. We hear about soul designs and life plans. We hear about enlightenment and its stages. We get to see that thinking is not as moving as, say, feeling. And that feeling is not as impactful as realization. Step by step we are drawn or move forward. (3)

We start to divest ourselves of ways of being that have never been productive, like blowing up at people or manipulating. We start to want to live a sacred life.

All the time the energies rise and are transforming our outer vehicle. We’re on the hoist and being rebuilt without even realizing it. (4)

On the other hand, the timely, rather than timeless, information that channels provide has a different focus. It’s on what’s actually happening in the various countries, never mind the mainstream media.

What is the Alliance doing? What is the cabal doing? What will the future bring? What can we do? How do we right matters so that we can get back to fulfilling the Plan that all of life is about?

All these subjects are touched upon in the channeled literature. And they’re touched upon from a neutral point of view, laying out the issues from sources unavailable to us.

These issues are not generally touched upon in worldly literature. If they are, they’re relegated to philosophy and seldom trickle down to everyday folks.

I wish I could say that there’s one group of channels doing the timeless and another doing the timely. But in fact many if not most of them work in both areas.

Meanwhile, we’re like tops spinning around and yet moving in a certain direction. The spinning is from attending to the time-bound – the news of the day, events happening around the world, etc. The forward motion is attending to the timeless – fulfilling the purpose of all lifetimes and the purpose of this particular life.

All lifetimes: To know ourselves. This lifetime: To assist in the Ascension of Gaia and all her inhabitants so that she becomes again a playground where angels can come and experience love in form.

In the midst of our spinning around, we seek to bring balance to ourselves, gradually slowing down the spinning and becoming still. Or maybe that’s just something I’d like for myself!

Channeled literature, in my opinion, is arguably our best guide in this expedition we’re all on.

If we could view our lifetimes in matter, the sequence or series would look like this, with us ever returning to the same place lifetime after lifetime to complete karmic lessons.

(4) Yesterday I returned from shopping and decided to walk doubly fast up a hill. I went the whole way without even deepening my breath. I then slowed down a wee bit but still walked fast the rest of the way home. When I arrived home, I wasn’t even the slightest bit winded. It was as if I had not walked at all.

Folks, our bodies are changing.
