You are all moving at different times and different paces. Sometimes you will feel a rapid acceleration; sometimes you will feel as if you are stuck and nothing is happening. Sometimes it might even feel as if you are going backwards as an old limitation comes to the surface. You are not moving backwards. You are drawing an old limitation into your awareness in order to honor it, to appreciate that it was a gift when it was formed and that it is no longer needed. And you can love it and let it go. As you intend to let the limitation go, you are dissolving the old neural pathways [in the brain], because you are focusing on a whole new way of living, of loving, of being.
