The child : What is an obstacle, Father?

The Sun: An obstacle is a particular energy format that when presents itself into your awareness gives you the impression that you can't move beyond it and prevents you from what you would like to achieve.

The way you experience obstacles in life is very often painful because of the resistance you apply and the fighting against them.

If a big mountain finds itself suddenly in front of you, just when you expected a nice pleasant road to appear from around the corner, you will call that an obstacle and you will be very unhappy and consider it such an injustice !

A mountain is a big thing and getting across might take you so long and who knows what might happen in the meanwhile trying to climb it ? Storms can happen and wild animals and thieves and food might end, no one to talk to and a thousands and one problems . But it is not so necessarily .

You can make the mountain your friend and in that very moment you wouldn't see it as an obstacle anymore. You wouldn't call your friend an obstacle, would you ? But rather an opportunity, a companion ...

An obstacle has earned his definition and place in the world only because people needed to invent an excuse for experiencing limitation and victimisation.

The child : Can you give me an example of an obstacle, Father ?

The Sun : Fear for instance is an obstacle. This energy - and this energy is many - if it's not understood and worked upon it individually, can paralyse your senses and leave you disconnected from your Source.

The Child : Can I make fear my friend ?

The Sun: By making a fear your friend, you accept it and through acceptance it loses its power over you in that very second, as you would not fear a friend . It loses its power but it also loses its initial intensity. Fear has power and reality only for the duration you persist in its initial intensity. You must remove yourself from that energy immediately and "look it in the eye".

Acceptance also must be identified and understood correctly. Acceptance is not allowing a fear to take over you but to acknowledge it before that happens which is not always easy as fears don't usually announce their entrance.

By looking a fear in the eye and allowing your light, your awareness to be shed upon it, you create a detachment, and in that detachment you start seeing the fear for what it is - an illusory construct that doesn't have other solid reality than the one you "give " it. Now , no one would agree that they give their power freely and consciously to fears and low emotions . This happens instantly and unconsciously due to the lack of awareness and lack of self knowledge. You must learn how you function at all levels.

The more you are participating in encouraging the build up of fear or any other type of emotion, the more solid and real it becomes , for you and the specific group that is nourishing it.

The further you go from it, it's not that you burry your head in the sand by ignoring it although by ignoring it of course it goes away ( it goes away for you. It will still be there for those who need that energetic feed for growth or processing or other reasons ) but the main consequence is that you start seeing more.

When you create a distance between you and a fear for instance , your vision is expanding . You have access to more . The further away you go from it the more you see . The further you see, the more you connect with untapped aspects from your Self and the more options become available to you . This process of distancing yourself can take place in seconds and you can be either alone or in a crowd you will always be able to make a clear discernment.

The child : How does the light that we are can be affected by fear or by any obstacle ?

The Sun: It is not who you are at your essence that is affected by fears or any other emotions . It's the other parts in you [ the parts that experience life in matter, your mind , your personality, your body ] that are impregnated with experiences that haven't been cleared after being lived. These are still triggered when faced with similar experiences. Although fear is an unknown concept to you, it is part of experimentation and must be worked on correctly and completely. Everything that is matter on earth comes to feel and experiment fear one way or another but that is not their true essence .

Once you understand that these fears are not you but experiences that were not understood well , or " chosen lessons" if you want, from which you haven't extracted the correct or complete learning, then it will be very easy to leave it all behind and move towards new understanding. It requires you watch yourself with great awareness so you can identify, correct and clear those small obstacles that are in between you and your evolution.

From there on, anything that will come into your awareness sky, any thoughts that you otherwise could " disagree with " so to say or are unkind , will be approached with a different consciousness, serenity and detachment as you will know they are not yours.

The work to unburden yourself of all experiences through a deep understanding and acceptance of who you are and who you become is essential for the new man that is being born . This work must take place now without delay as your time is only momentary here.
