You are being asked to assume a position of power.
In each moment you have power.
Even if you come to realize that you have been em-power-ing old beliefs.
Enjoy the recognition, the right to freedom in discovering that you have been using your power to support some ideas whose time has passed.
As you claim this as you recognize this you will come to make shifts and recognize better uses of your power.
But first, you must come to realize how you are currently using it.
You are never without your power.
