A Note to Myself: Deepen into the Experience

I know who I am.
What? Am I waiting for the Mother to have to do the job a second time?
No. I need to deepen into the experience that I’ve already had.
Is that not the meaning of all the parables of seed being given to sons. The one who planted it and cultivated it received his father’s blessing. At the sight of the Self, the one who deepens the experience wins the Father’s blessing, so to speak.
Or all the parables about merchants seeing a great Fish among fish, a Pearl of great price, a Treasure buried in a field. In all cases the fortunate student deepens the experience – “sells all they have” or gets rid of all other desires than to know the Self – and gains the prize – the All-Self, the Supreme Self, Parabrahman.
Deepen the experience, Stephen.
That’s how you reached the sight of the Self at Xenia – you went down an elevator, leaving the floor of the vasanas way above you and then, when that ended, you took your scuba gear and dove even further to the center of the heart, the seat of the Soul. And there it was.
You found a tunnel and, at the end of it, a luminescent Light radiated innocence and purity.
Deepen the experience.
Attribute everything to it. The deep love you feel for the beloved. The joy you’re experiencing at making the jump from unfriendly to friendly. The new-found confidence in yourself that knowing what you are at core provides.
I had 24% lopped off an expensive bill because I was friendly. (Credit my sources: I’m learning this from Kathleen.)
The same company canceled a demand for $150, again because, I think, I was friendly.
These are such basic issues and developments. They represent something like reparenting, reschooling, and rewiring myself.
It’s like I’m straightening out, like one of those robots who picks itself up off the floor, more and more every day.
Make straight the way of the Lord. Prepare for the rising of the kundalini up the spinal column to the Sahasthra, the crown chakra.
Know the place of the divine qualities in making straight the way of the Lord.
Deepen into it, Steve. “Do not get distracted!” (1) and “Don’t give up. Our work is not over yet.” (2)
