Free-will and the Galactic Codex | Operation Disclosure

How much longer must the human race allow itself to be deceived in order for others to have control over their entire existence? Previously you have been correctly informed that true liberation comes from within. All life in the universes is connected via the Divine spark within, which is directly connected with the Source energy. For human beings, this Divine spark resides within the Heart chakra energy center.

For too long now, we have watched while humans continue to allow others to have power over them by giving the ‘dark ones’ their collective attention energies and therefore allowing their Divine spark to be controlled by others. Human beings have the Divine right to free-will, but sadly, rarely truly use it. It is as though they are afraid of their own individual unique expression of Source energy, their inner ‘God/Goddess’ power.

This ‘fear’, which is but a construct of the illusion created by the dark forces, is simply a part of the A.I. programming inflicted on humans throughout the ages. It is not real.

At present, many humans who consider themselves awakened and aware of the truth, continuously allow their awakened consciousness energy to be focused on financial matters on the surface of the beautiful planet Earth, our Si-star Gaia.

These financial matters have but one purpose; to distract the awakened ones from the true purpose of their existence – Spiritual Evolution. From the higher perspective, we can see that there is currently a greater awakening taking place within the humans who have, for far too long, given their Divine attention energies to these financial matters, which repeatedly disappoint them.

The reason these disappointments continue to occur, and will continue to do so, is because the dark ones who serve a dark negative non-physical entity, which requires consistent disappointment, anger, negativity and lower vibrations to survive and thrive on, so it can exert control over your collective lives, are repeatedly building up your energies to great expectation levels and then deliberately lowering them in order to supply the energy that their fake ‘master’ needs to survive.

On countless occasions you have been told of great advances within the financial matters due to the battles being fought between the ‘dark hats’ and the ‘white hats’. This is little more than the same narrative which has enslaved humanity for eons being repeated over and over. Its purpose is to continue the lower frequency energetic existence of duality (the ‘us versus them’, divide and conquer strategy) within the lower dimensional density energies, where darkness prevails.

As many of you are aware, this is a Spiritual transition into the higher frequency energies of the 5th Dimension which is occurring, and therefore the issues regarding financial matters are irrelevant.

You wish to be members of an open, transparent, truthful, Loving and equal galactic society. Correct?? Then why do you continue to allow yourselves to be deceived into believing that you require money to do so. You do not. No single individual has the right to have more than another.

You have been promised infinite amounts of financial reward if you continue to focus your Divine attention energies outwards, as opposed to inwards, and simply be patient a little longer. There is only ever the ‘now moment’ anywhere in the cosmos, so what advantage is there to be had in waiting?

With the best of intentions, many humans have planned to start projects with their new financial ‘rewards’. A simple analysis of human behaviour, the school of study which humans refer to as psychology, correctly states that humans have been conditioned to only ever do things for one of two reasons; fear of punishment or hope of reward. The dark ones know this very, very well.

Where is the sense in focusing all of your Divine attention energies on projects which require excessive amounts of energy for completion? For example, take a well-meaning individual who wishes to build a new hospital to assist those who are ill. Such a project must be planned correctly, a suitable location must be found, construction must take place and equipment must be installed. Then suitable staff must be employed to run the facility. The length of time and energy required to complete such a task would take months and months and months of your Earth-time.

You have been promised access to ‘advanced’ technologies which would greatly ‘assist’ humanity. Do you honestly think that such technology will be provided to you for free, when you have all that money that you have been promised?

The technologies you have been promised are those which have been suppressed by the dark ones. These technologies are the results of inferior, half-hearted, poorly completed back-engineering projects conducted on galactic technologies which the dark ones neither had the knowledge or know-how to utilise.

Ask yourselves, by meditating through your Divine Heart space and silencing the chatter of the mind, WHO would want you to waste so much time, money and effort on creating new ‘advanced’ medical facilities, and therefore focusing all of your Divine attention energies outwards, when we of the Galactic Collective of benevolent beings possess technologies which can permanently heal all of your human illnesses, both physical and metaphysical, within days, increasing your life-span to an average of 120 years of perfect health and have you permanently feeling (on average) 25 years younger than you currently do??

The same applies to all of the well-meaning projects which many of you have planned, be it re-hydrating the deserts or providing the necessary resources for all of the impoverished and oppressed peoples of planet Earth.

We do not require obedience or money to assist your race with such gifts, borne of Love. But we cannot assist you until sufficient numbers of your collective have elevated their consciousness to the higher 5th dimensional frequencies. It is not for us to lower our frequencies. It is for you to raise yours up out of the lower densities of the 3rd and 4th dimension and to ‘come up’ and meet us.

Each of you has been provided with the Divine right to free-will and therefore it is up to you to choose what to do with it. In recent times, many Spiritually awakened ones have requested our physical intervention, but sadly, in insufficient numbers for us to respond. On your beautiful planet Earth you have a term which is often used – “a leap of faith” - but sadly it seems that you believe that there are limits to this. You consistently display enough faith in others on your world to provide you with endless financial resources for instance, but you seem to lack the faith within yourselves to have faith in your own Divine power, which has no limits.

We have much to share without asking very much in return, only that you read the attached summation of the Galactic Codex which we of the Galactic Collective of benevolent beings live by. The true power of change and co-creation with the Source, is within each and every one of you. It has always sustained you, your planet and the entire cosmos. If more humans were to spend as much time and energy going within themselves, through basic meditation techniques, and focusing their Divine attention energies there, as they do on financial matters, we promise you, you would greatly advance the co-creation of Heaven on Earth.

Our intention with this post, is not to create a situation of ‘finger-pointing’ and accusing the many good men and women who have worked tirelessly to liberate humanity, be-it financially or otherwise, but to assist you in raising your awareness that these good men and women have been deceived and used as tools for the dark agenda. Also, and more importantly, this post is intended to assist you in remembering that you are beautiful Divine beings, with limitless power within you, who are unconditionally loved and have much more assistance available to you from the higher realms (Source, the Angelic Realms, the Ascended Masters and your benevolent galactic si-stars and brothers) in every now moment, than you realise. Lastly, this post is intended to assist you in raising your awareness of the existence of the Galactic Codex.

Before we bid you farewell, we would like to point out one final fact; we of the higher realms never, ever provide times and dates and this is something which will never, ever change. The reason for this is that the Divine cosmic energies are constantly moving like a fluid electronic river of Light. So perhaps some caution should be applied if you choose to continue focusing your Divine attention energies on such outward things as RV/GCR intel and those who DO supply times and dates?

GALACTIC CODEX

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the dark forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years. As the galaxy was being liberated from the grip of the dark forces, the forces of light have been evolving from a military force, created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society.

As beings within the galactic confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of light and their relation towards the dark forces and occupied planets.

This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation, in this and other galaxies. This codex is not a rigid set of external laws, but a systematised code of inner ethics of all souls of life that all beings of Light accept with their free-will, because it reflects their inner truth.

We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.

Section 1: The Law of Divine Grace

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience.

To explain Section 1 we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in an enlightened galactic society liberated from the influence of dark forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the dark forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.

Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter, which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with the necessities of Life.

Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle, but rather a journey of joy and creativity.

Different sub-sections of Section 1 regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur. Let us explain the sub-sections.

Section 1 (I)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance.

This sub-section guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living, and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.

Section 1 (II)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to Ascension.

This sub-section explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of the Spiritual technology of Ascension, and how, by utilising the electric fire of redemption, they assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.

Section 1 (III)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the soul family mandala.

This sub-section is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity, twin souls, soul mates and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.

Section 1 (IV)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to all information.

This sub-section is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well-being. All of this data is provided by Ascended Masters for other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilisations.

Section 1 (V)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom.

This sub-section provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never imposes on the freedom of other beings.

Section 2: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings.

This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the dark forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.

Section 3: The Law of Balance

Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions, will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh.

This section regulates the relations between the forces of Light and the forces of darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the forces of darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their Divine Spark begins a new cycle of evolution.

Section 4: The Law of Intervention

The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated regardless of the local laws.

This section describes the policy of the Light forces regarding occupied planets.

The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilisations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilisations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation.

If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex’s principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the dark forces.

The dark forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war and other threats if the Light forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light forces have not yet liberated this planet, and not the so-called “we will not intervene because we respect free-will, we will just watch as the suffering goes on” nonsense.

As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.

Section 4 (I)

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation when in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws.

This sub-section gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the dark forces.

The forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power darkness had over Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.

Section 4 (II)

The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation, with military force if necessary.

This sub-section gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force.

The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the dark forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.

Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true.

Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation, so it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it.

The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets - dark forces that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.
