Are We Ready?

Archangel Michael has said that the new paradigm “is leadership with love.” (1)
When he says “love,” I don’t think he means anything we can think of. The love that he’s pointing at, in my opinion, is higher-dimensional.
He’s in fact giving us a map reading. The terrain is called “love” and he’s inviting us to align with and explore it as much as we can.
Leadership with love makes perfect sense to me while at the same time I have no idea how to put it into action.
I could pretend I have an idea. I could manage the subject with cleverness and humor. But it would only mask the fact that I have no idea how to come from leadership with love.
What does it mean for me? It means leading from a place of flowing love out to the world. That’s the job to be done.
I breathe love up from my heart on the inbreath and circulate it within myself on the outbreath. I feel it revive me.
From this place, what does leadership look like? Really.
It looks like holding what the people I serve want in one scale of the balance and what dharma, the universal law requires me to do in the other. It looks like maintaining a balance between what is pleasing and what is appropriate, what is enjoyable and what is ethical.
And it means, while balancing the two, making decisions or speaking out in ways that serve the public good, the highest good, the global welfare.
As soon as the Reval occurs and after vacations, we’ll be gathering the troops and planning the campaign against poverty and homelessness, persecution and neglect.
It’ll be larger than the largest military campaigns of World War II. It’ll require as much planning perhaps.
Are we ready? Have we thought through the fact that it’s us who are expected to be the leaders? Yes, us. Michael explained to us in 2015:
“If no [lightworker] steps forward into [leadership] then there is a massive vacuum because many of the billions upon your planet have not yet learned, adapted and integrated the new tools – the fullness of this new energy.
“So [when non-lightworkers] are assigned … or try to step up … to create and to take the leadership role, they do not have the training and insight to do it in a way that is achievable. … So there is a lack, a vacuum of leadership.
“Now, who, upon this wondrous planet, has been hiding in the shadows or edging out, or in the limelight and is ready? … Who has been diligent and practiced patience and fortitude and stamina, and anchored the divine qualities? Who is it that is prepared to do this? Well, it is the lightworkers.” (2)
A year later he informed us again:
“Those who are in a position of stewardship, of beginning projects that lead the way to the building and the re-creation of what Nova Earth is truly about … become the spokesbeings for many.” (3)
It’s us he’s talking about – you and me.
Have we expanded enough into our new roles to start thinking about how we’re going to realize the big dreams we’ve been dreaming, the “projects that lead the way to the building and the re-creation of … Nova Earth”?
The new management has given us the first opportunity to begin the renaissance of this planet. For a limited time, until we’re joined by the galactics, it’ll be our show. And are we ready to demonstrate what lightworkers on Planet Earth can do when given the tools?
